a. Supplier of Service

  • We will explain about service for customer clearly and prepare contract
  • We warrant you to provide service as described on our website
  • We have to abide the negotiation contract and Amazon’s policies

b. Customer

  • You need to provide exactly and adequately for us all information and documents relating to listings or your account.
  • You have to co-operate and follow our instructions in the process of suspension appeal
  • You have to abide the negotiation contract and Amazon’s policies

Data Protection

Both parties must ensure information security of the other. All information and documents used in the process of appealing must not be disclosed for anyone unless these are allowed by the owner.


Charge and payment

  • Price of our services are listed on website amazoker.com. If any cost is incurred, we will announce to you immediately.
  • You will be liable to pay us service fee, additional cost and expense incurred in the process of appealing
  • All amounts from you to us shall be paid by in full without any set-off, counterclaim, deduction or withholding (other than any deduction or withholding of tax as required by law).
  • We may suspend all services in the condition that payment has not been made in full

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Amazoker offers you with non-tangible and irrevocable service so I will not refund you once the service has been provided excluded some following circumstances:

  • We do not provide you with service as the negotiation contract
  • We take negative and illegal action which can affect your account
  • We use your credential information and documents for other targets, not only for appealing without your agreement.

You can cancel the negotiation contract without our agreement and request for refund if we violate one of these circumstances.


We commit to working with you until the case will be concluded.

We will not take any responsibility in the condition that a solved case happens again in the future.

We will provide our service with a high success rate. However, due to difference of cases, we cannot guarantee 100% reinstatement of ASIN or your Seller Account.
